Sorry to hear about this Reiko. Apparantly some people don't know customer service is absolutely EVERYTHING in any kind of sales industry. Word of mouth goes a long way. It sound's like if he hired someone to handle with all the customer interaction and he just built transmissions he would probably make twice the money with a lot more happy customers.

That and he goes way out of his way to Deliver to you as well. I live in Lapeer and he's come out my way many times... I would assume he tries to do this for everyone. Sucks ass that it went this far.. at some point he needs to turn away work or start charging more

That is a very common problem. Single man shows or a very small business takes on way too much work to make all that money, then they can't get the work out in time. Can't give each customer the support they deserve, etc. It's a shame.

Mike has done work for a few of my friends, he has gone 100% out of his way to make sure they were well taken care of.
I also understand how frustrating it can be to wait on people.
90% of the people that posted made this more of a drama fest than it was from the beginning should be ashamed of themselves, specially if they have not dealt or know anything about Mike . The post was made to grab his attention and went way to far.. This needs to be locked and thrown away. It is already the past and as far as we all should be concerned it is a solved issue.

Yes what's pathetic it had to go this route to get my T.C. after all the lies... Yeah it's pathetic he took parts out of my trans to finish another job when that trans was only there for a simple job and to be given right back... Not weeks after...What's even more pathetic is that he LIED to me over and over again... Giving me his word on everything... Then I catch him lieing to me about the parts...

The whole point of a thread like this is to warm people of shady goings on. Why lock it? So it falls down the list and other people can get screwed? Why not keep it up at the top so people can see what happened? Maybe Mike will read this and learn that he needs to keep his word and not strip one job for another.
