Wow! sorry to hear about this Reiko. I thought everything had be settled when I was involved. I guess things never did get resolved. Good luck on finding a solution.

It helped a little but then there was a lot more after that fact... And it was pass the point of getting anyone involved...

wow after reading most of this I will say i am suprised. I just had mike rebuild a entire trans for me, for a mustang i am building and not only rebuild, and restall the converter, but adapt the converter to go from GM V8 to ford trans C4. work was finished when promised, work was AAAA++++. Sorry your having a bad time getting parts or what ever back, I certainly didnt have a problem getting my stuff finished in a decent time frame. I know mikes busy, not just busy, but really busy. He's backed up and may have taken in more work then he can get out at the moment. But i guess its better to be too busy then be too dead. For what its worth, i'll always recomend mike for trans work, be it may be a touch slow getting finished depending on what you need done, he does amazing work.

BTW reiko your parts or what ever will be ready, i just spoke on the phone with mike.

Paying club members need to hear things like this. I dont care if they are or are not a sponsor. If they are then it should be even more of a problem. And I agree, it is extemely unprofessional for a business to take more than 6 months or one year on mulitply paying club members to delivery a product and this needs to be known, not hidden. In no was is Reiko or Draco " trying to hurt, slander, or attacking" Mike or Mike Riddings as a company. Only stating some facts.

I'm glad Reiko posted this, it'll make me and everyone else think twice about where they are gonna take their stuff to get worked on. Not trying to bad mouth Mike or anything, I mean I haven't heard anything bad about the work he does, but I would be pretty pissed too if I was paying somebody and they couldn't communicate with me at all.

i just think its stupid people who have never had work done by him are bitching or badmouthing. the reason mikes not on here defending himself is he's working in his garage to finish up reiko's stuff, and another customer, and then driving down to my shop to figure out what the fuck I broke on my trans on my truck and spilled its entire contents down the freeway this morning. mikes slow. ok great. he still builds a hell of a product when you get your stuff from him, and also has some cutting edge designs coming out shortly that all the blower turbo guys will love.

Bill I think you need to be quiet and listen... You have NO IDEA what I have put up with... You have not a single clue... I been more then patient with all this...

It had to come to this to finish up my stuff?!?! Are you fucking kidding me??!? What happened to a three weeks ago when it was suppose to be done? Or the month before that? Or the month before that???
