If you want a trans done right the first time and on time, call Hutch.

He's a class act. He is in Canada, so that sucks a little, but after dealing with him and seeing how his much abuse his stuff can take, it makes the drive not all that bad. He also deals with Lenny @ UCC.

Hell, Joel's is 20 minutes from my house and I had no problem driving right on by while heading to Canada! There are several good trans guys out there, so dealing with these shops that can't run their businesses properly isn't worth the hassel.

What's extremely unprofessional is calling someone... Leaving them a message... And get nothing back... Waiting WEEKS... DAYS... For that call back...

My thoughts exactly.. in my opinion this isnt dirty laundry. This board is a point of contact for many people we do business with. If the business won't answer to any other avenue it's time to post up..

Paying club members need to hear things like this. I dont care if they are or are not a sponsor. If they are then it should be even more of a problem. And I agree, it is extemely unprofessional for a business to take more than 6 months or one year on mulitply paying club members to delivery a product and this needs to be known, not hidden. In no was is Reiko or Draco " trying to hurt, slander, or attacking" Mike or Mike Riddings as a company. Only stating some facts.

He was a sponsor and did the trans for the Thunderstang. Trunk took over right after I signed him up at the end of my term. Don't know what happened after that.

wow after reading most of this I will say i am suprised. I just had mike rebuild a entire trans for me, for a mustang i am building and not only rebuild, and restall the converter, but adapt the converter to go from GM V8 to ford trans C4. work was finished when promised, work was AAAA++++. Sorry your having a bad time getting parts or what ever back, I certainly didnt have a problem getting my stuff finished in a decent time frame. I know mikes busy, not just busy, but really busy. He's backed up and may have taken in more work then he can get out at the moment. But i guess its better to be too busy then be too dead. For what its worth, i'll always recomend mike for trans work, be it may be a touch slow getting finished depending on what you need done, he does amazing work.

BTW reiko your parts or what ever will be ready, i just spoke on the phone with mike.

I agree that this stuff needs to be aired. I consider myself lucky and privileged to get this knowledge before it happens to me (not being disrespectful to those that are having trouble). I hope you guys get it handled.

Wow! sorry to hear about this Reiko. I thought everything had be settled when I was involved. I guess things never did get resolved. Good luck on finding a solution.
