Just discovered this the hard way. I was able put the crown back in place, however I have a hard night of drinking planned tomorrow and I'm afraid that I'll end up having it come off and swallow it.....

Why does shit like this always happen on a long weekend?
 
if you felt a "POP" when you put it back in place...you will be fine. I had that happen when i was eating a slab of ribs one day. and i poped it back in place and went back to eating and didnt have a prob. with it again

Just putting it back in it didn't pop but felt good. I put a light coat of Denture cream (fixo dent) on it and my bite feels horrible now ;(

its going to. but as long as you did something for it...you'll be fine for a few days
