Jeff Glover and Associates.

My wife and I are considering selling our home and I hear Jeff Glover (1-855-Jeff-Sells) ads often and contacted his company.

From the initial contact, I didn't have a "warm fuzzy feeling". I sent an email the evening of July 6th and received a response the evening of July 7th explaining my email was caught in the spam filter.

I replied to the note asking what days and times were available for an associate to view our home. I received a reply the evening of July 8th with a few dates and times.

I wrote back asking for a Saturday, early afternoon appointment and got a quick reply saying 1:00 pm Saturday works and asking for my name, address, phone number and how I heard about their company. I wrote back with the info they requested and never received a reply or confirmation.

Fast forward to Saturday, July 11th. I expected an associate to show up a few minutes before 1:00, but at 1:10 and no word from anyone, I called Jeff's office. After several attempts to reach someone, I got someone on the phone and explained I had a 1pm appointment and asked if they knew when the associate may arrive.

They said they would call him, get an ETA and call me back. At 2:00pm, 1 hour late and still no word from anyone and no callback, I called them back. Same response, they said they would call him, get an ETA and call me back. No call, no show....

At 4:00pm, I called back one last time and stated I would like to cancel my appointment since I hadn't heard from anyone and wasted my entire day. Their reply was "We've been closed for about 30 minutes, we will call Monday to have someone confirm the cancellation." Really, Monday to cancel a Saturday appointment?!?!?! I stated there was no need, it was the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with and don't want to hear from their company ever again.

Jeff Glover gives Keller Williams a bad name and I wanted to share my experience here and will with anyone I hear looking for a realtor.

Since I was shopping around, I contacted another firm and literally had an email (not a generic one) and phone call in less than 5 minutes to see how they could assist me and asked when they could visit our home.

I met with the dude years ago when my wife and I were looking at homes. He showed us my dream home. 6 car attached garage and 5 car detached - on the market 1-day and he sold before I could do anything. He's a legit dude, but EXTREMELY BUSY. He moves a lot of real estate - no doubt. I would list my house with him for sure, the fucker will sell it. Gotta have patience brother.

when your paying someone 6% to sell your house there is no such thing as patience. Any decent realtor should be on you like glue if you mention that you have a possible listing. We are listing our house up tomorrow. I went through all the local listings in our area on zillow and found a realtor who took the time to take good pictures and write a decent listing descriptions for her listings in the MLS.

She was pretty organized and spent a good hour and a half rearranging things and staging shots.

With everything being online, pictures are the best thing to get people to your door for a showing.

he got no call no show. He is not being impatient, they are unprofessional.

With the ease much real estate is selling right now, why don't more
home owners try selling FSBO (for sale by owner)?

I have saved that 6% ($13,000) years ago by selling my own property,
pretty sure I'll be doing it again soon.

great guy Ive known for 25 years

I give zero fucks, just wanted to give my experience with him - that's all. He can sell some houses, and he was very organized and professional when I met him. That was years ago, so maybe he lost his edge and sucks now, I dunno??

Best of luck either way

I can be patient. Things come up and if someone said something came up and they couldn't make it, I would understand. It was a no call, no show after I called the office twice and was told they would call back with an ETA and didn't. I don't care if he's the best agent in the world, he lost my respect and business.

Guess who's calling now that I sent him links to everywhere I've posted this.

He doesn't have many reviews on Google or Yelp, but all except 1 are negative and say people had similar issues to me.

I feel your pain. I got referred to a realtor from a guy at work. We were looking to buy and new home AND sell our old home with the same realtor. He mostly stuck us with his wife (who's not as licensed at him, so she could just show us houses). When it came time to make an offer on a house we loved....HE WENT UP NORTH SKIING AND COULDN'T PUT AN OFFER IN TIL HE RETURNED. To say the least, we didn't get that house.

So I pimped him. I found a new construction home, called the lady on the sign, bought the house thru her, and she listed our old home for 15k MORE than the first guy said it was worth and sold our old house in 2 weeks. She even gave us a break on the percentage she took since we bought a home already. Still GOT more than the other guy wanted to list if for. He was very upset with me but I told him...sorry bro, YOUR LOSS....
