i heard that the 241 were a waste of time to port... but u do have TT's.... so its a bit diffrent...LTLHOMER said:They redid my current heads after ARE kinda botched them up...well Derty owned them at the time but I bought them from him after he got them redone by livernois...they seem to work good enough for stock 241 castings.
Derty went mid 9's at around 150 with them on his 382 nitrous motor back in the day...they must not be a complete waste of time.RedXtcy said:i heard that the 241 were a waste of time to port... but u do have TT's.... so its a bit diffrent...

We sell the stage 1 cnc ported head which is a new GM LS2/LS6 243 casting
5 axis CNC machined![]()
Fully assembled![]()
New 2.000 intake valves / 1.550 exhaust valves![]()
Custom Livernois Motorsports single coil valve springs good to ~ .580 lift![]()
There is no core required, however we will give $300 towards a set of cores.
This head sells for $949.00 or $649.00 if we use your heads as cores.
My C5 picked up 120 RWHP with these heads, a 224/228 114 cam, Longtubes and an x-pipe.

Yes i know guys have made more power but at the sacrifice of Tq down low and that only buys time till 6700 rpm or so if its a stock cube motor. you could expect similar performance from a well ported set of 241 castings. Granted the better port will help the intake manifold a good bit but that intake is really a big hurdle.
