JB weld to fix exhaust leak

My explorer has an exhaust leak at the passenger side manifold. I thought it was the common cracked manifold (still might be) but I noticed that a stud is either broken or fell out on that side and the exhaust is leaking from the hole. Doesnt make much sense, but when I start the truck in the morning, I can put my finger on the hole and feel the exhaust coming out. Will JB weld hold or is there something else I could try to seal it with? I dont want to replace the entire manifold due to the labor involved.

I would try to nut and bolt it if you can. If not jb will work if you clean it very good with a wire brush and a little brake clean and let it set for 24 hours. Good luck

Ive tried JB-Weld and tried a few different one (JB-Weld,JB-Quick ect...) and last maybe 3 weeks if that..Its only a temp fix so I would do it right the first time...

Thats what I wanted to know, if the jb will hold up or not.

Ill try to tap the manifold and seal it with a bolt.

Thanks for the help.
