need a good mechanic to fix exhaust studs on 06 f150

my 06 f150 has a bad exhaust leak. in front exhaust manifold studs I broke off I need somebody to fix if anybody interested or know somebody that is. If so 313 205 1171

are they snapped off flush or is there some sticking out?
