It's finally in Forza..... Forza players get inside...

Any word if the LCE will include the Season Pass? I may consider picking up the LCE if it does, otherwise I would probably pass. I've heard rumors both ways.

The Limited Collector’s Edition of Forza Motorsport 4 comes in a SteelBook case in an art-box and includes a copy of “Cars of Forza Motorsport 4 Presented by Top Gear,” a 96-page volume written by the editors at Top Gear featuring imagry both from Forza 4 and from Top Gear’s photo library, as well as commentary accompanying the in-game “Autovista” experience. A set of vinyl stickers featuring the logos of Forza Motorsport 4, Top Gear and Turn 10. Also included are DLC content codes for the following:

The Limited Collector's Edition will also include a ten-car add-on pack featuring a selection of the best classic American muscle cars. In addition, there will be custom-designed BMW cars (also available for purchase at launch on Xbox LIVE Marketplace) selected as part of the “Forza Motorsport 4 BMW Design Challenge.”, as well as “Cars of Forza Motorsport 4 Presented by Top Gear,” a gorgeous 96-page volume written by the editors at Top Gear. It features 96-pages of fantastic imagery both from Forza 4 and from Top Gear’s extensive photo library, as well as insightful commentary accompanying the in-game Autovista experience. In addition to all the sweet stuff above, one of best reasons to get the LCE version of Forza 4 is the 2012 BMW M5, unveiled for the first time as the newest addition to the Forza 4 lineup at this weekend’s 24 Hour of Nürburgring race event in Germany. The new BMW M5 will be drivable first in Forza Motorsport 4 and will also be featured on the cover of the LCE version of the game. That means the stunning super-sedan will be automatically included in the LCE version of Forza 4, and all Xbox LIVE members will be able to download the car to drive. In addition, fans will be able to explore the meticulous design and impeccable execution of the BMW M5 via Autovista mode, where Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson will take fans on a virtual tour of the world’s most sought-after cars.

Stay tuned for more Forza Motorsport 4 news and announcements very soon!

Volt, seriously? 1) How much did GM pay to get that put in, because you know they didn't ask for it. 2) I can't wait to see the mods available for the Volt.

Volt is there because the Nissan Leaf AND the Toyota Prius AND the Honda CRZ (also hybrid) are there. I guarantee there is a Hybrid race series.

I'll be the first one to convert the Volt to an LS1. lmfao.

How many cars that were in the old Jalopnik vote car pool are now in the game? I see a lot of cars that didn't win and get into the voter car pack for 3 but are on the list for 4. Seems like most of them have to be included now.

Also, it seemed like they were pretty good about carrying over all cars that they previously had in the past games. Porsche screwed that up obviously, but they lost the Saleen Mustangs too accroding to the compiled list. But not all Saleens, still have the truck and Raptor, just no Mustangs. Actually, no S7 either. Seems odd that those would disappear.

So, I'm sure that list will still grow a bit. I see things now from the Jalopnik votes not on the list yet, I bet they are in. I also bet that things like the Saleens get in as well as any other like models that the still have the manufacturers agreements with but cars previously in the game have disappeared.

I also looked at the links to the pictures and went through incrmeneting numbers (how I found the pics I then posted). There are things that lacked a picture, like the GTX, that are on the list.

While there are fewer Saleens - they did at the GT500KR from 1968 to the game. I also have a feeling because of the Saleen company issues that there might have been some licensing issues there.

As for Porsche - it's not exactly Porsche's fault. The video game rights were purchased by EA. EA, being the head of the Need For Speed franchise, wants to use Porsche as their "advantage" over the other guys.... The NFS games have gone down hill - SEVERELY - and making themselves the exclusive home for Porsche in games is not going to save them IMO.

I'm honestly surprised Porsche hasn't tried to kill the contract. EA agreed to let Turn 10 use Porsche in FM3 (for a fee) - but after its success I think they are a bit jealous.

It includes the instant DLC available + the VIP cars for people who preorder and or get the collectors edition.

Thank you sir. I don't understand why they chose to put the '05 Mustang in, but left the '11 or the Boss 302/Laguna Seca out. I would think the goal here would be to add and evolve the car list, not keep it mostly the same. Shame Porsche let EA have rights to their cars. The NFS games are shit, and I wish games like GT5 and FM4 had all of the real brands, not the tuners.

I'd think that's more a strategy move. I think they've already said there will be 6 car packs to come out. I'm sure those will be buried in there somewhere. I'd also like to see an Ariel Atom.

I would bet my left testicle that the new 5.0 car(s) will make it in. I think it's because they are such a new model they haven't had much time to play with them, collect data, and get them modeled prior to the game going gold with Microsoft. I believe they said it takes 9 months to model these cars (inside + out), let alone collect data, sound samples, and programming.... For THAT reason, I am willing to bet my testicle that they will appear as downloadable content in the coming months. It's the same thing with the Lamborghini Aventador ---- it is too new of a model for them to have modeled and done properly and implement before the game went gold... Soooo I guarantee we see the Aventador as DLC as well.

Makes sense. I would love to see the Atom make it in the game. I didn't look to see if they had the Lotus 7 or a Caterham in there either, but those would be fun. Make a lightweight class race series out of it.
