Issue with neighbors behind me

Few cans of high density spray foam in the vent coming outta that house... pre stuff it with some catch of the day, for example: bottom feeder sheephead or dogfish.
that smell coming up through every room in the house lol

This is why I don’t live in a subdivision. Rural living
has its disadvantages, but has many more advantages!

x2, I can't imagine ever going back to a subdivision type lot. The dirt roads and 4 mile plus trip to the closest store sucks but it is what it is.

Can you guess who the crappy neighbor is? The guy behind me also has had enough of the crappy neighbors 3 kids and 9 grandkids running amuck. That is along with them parking their junk cars and leaving their trash on his property. They used to park their cars and trailers alongside of their garage, but come to find out, their garage is only 3 feet from the property line and their parking lot has been reduced by about 3/4's...

Now everyone is happy, well except the crappy neighbor who thinks the surveyor is wrong. They thought he was wrong when he did my lot and again when he did the other neighbors lot...LOL

grr

My drag radials are about 80% worn, I'd be honored to let them spin their last few 32nds of rubber....say in front of said abode. Oh and maybe bring a few like minded "Old Caddy Folks" to share in the Roasting. How does Sunday AM work for you? We're REAL neighborly that way.:D

Perhaps an ALL DAY loop of ACHY BREAKY HEART: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byQIPdHMpjc at about 120 db's or whatever they're called.

Perhaps a call to DHS, about the backpack left out front of their home.
I'm sure we have some old backpacks we could throw on their driveway during the wee hours.

Can you run a bogus ad for them on Backstage/CL etc for escort services at their home?

Fighting back with noise isn't going to fix anything these people are obviously clueless. Making noise is just going to make you a d bag neighbor towards the other neighbors who will be bothered by the feud. Is a privacy fence even an option? I know a lot of those associations in Macomb only allow certain fencing options.

I'm guessing your best option is taking it to the HOA unless they're making the noise early or late in the day where you can involve the police.

yeah, that sounds pretty annoying. it'll always be something though. my neighbor let's their dog bark at all times of the day outside. 6 am...11 pm...great fun

Call to police: hello, my neighbor vacuums too much. Police response; sir, that really sucks.

It really does suck!

Gary - I cannot do a Privacy Fence, not permitted, plus we really love the huge open lot. Part of the reason we bought it, and not common in a subdivision.

I am with Nitriousrick... Fighting Fire w/fire (Loud Noise w/Loud noise) is not the solution. I have a call into the head guy for the Macomb County Noise ordinances. I am going to see where he points us on how to handle this stupid issue!

I think your in a tough spot there. Your right not to fight fire with fire though. The only thing I would do after you hear back from the city and get no help. You may consider call non emergency police. Just ask for a welfare check on them. Your conserned someone may have had a medical emergency bc something very load is running nonstop. Most people had interaction with the police and will do anything to prevent it in the future. Good luck and keep us posted.

Im with the dont fight fire with fire crowd.

However, with that much vacuuming you might be able to report suspicious activity. Maybe there are a lot of cars that you see parked in front of the house at odd times leaving with packages? You arent sure. You dont see her vacuuming but it shoulds like they are doing something fishy. Let the cops look into it, just sound very concerned and vague, dont make a false report tho.
