I know who that is. My wifes Grandparents live directly across the street from him. Pretty sure he is autistic.

Was he cleaning his Ram, or someone elses car? He also has a numbers matching 69 Camaro, but not at the house.

Btw I didn't know we used to live so close to each other. My old house was a couple blocks south of you.

Yeah, he isn't quite all there. He's nice enough, but the vacuum runs constantly and when it's not that, it's him starting/moving the Ram 20-30 times a day (not exaggerating). I think he said he sold the Camaro

I know you arent kidding on that, he moved it 5 times while I was mowing the Grandparents lawn one day last summer. I definitely feel for you on the noise.

I'm in a different boat then you guys... I got a neighbor somewhere in my neighborhood that has been calling the cops on my dogs for barking... Now don't get me wrong... Yes they bark here and there like all dogs and I'm the type of person who doesn't let it get annoying or out of hand... My wife and I are at war at times because I want them to come in after they bark a few times because I just don't want the cops time getting wasted.... Hell I had a party at my house in the backyard... 100+ people in the backyard 1am in the morning... Cops roll up.. I'm thinking shit we are alittle to loud... Nope... They got called because my dogs inside the house barked a few times... Hell I was outside with Bear doing some tinkering in the garage... Bear was getting into a few things... I said knock it off... He barked at me in protest and laid down... 5-10 mins later cops roll up...

What's the ordinance on barking dogs?

Record the dogs barking, then take them to a friend/relatives for a day. Play recording of dogs barking at high volume, when the cops show up just say "This is getting ridiculous, my dogs are not even home right now any someone claims to hear them barking..."

It falls under a nuisance ordinance only if it's been a prolonged problem...

Yes fineable

Cops are always cool and I explain yes they do bark here and there but it's not like it's going on for hours at a time...
