Impressive numbers from the 2015 Mustang I4 EcoBoost, and Mustang Gt

Impressive, but I want to see what they do showroom stock, not what they do after a tech plays with them.
 
Dodge should strip out a Hellcat and go run 9's "first" LOL :D

Someone is a little jealous of the new Mustang. I bet that supercharged car is making 6lbs of boost, and with a stick it went that. With a bit more boost and an auto the bitch would go 9's. And for 35k.

I'm a die hard mustang guy, I've had several. The rear of the car is awesome, the interior is awesome, but the front end needs some work. Ford for some reason, just like GM, make either the front end or rear, resemble other cars in their line up. For example, the C7 rear lights look borrowed from the 12 camaro and the new front end on the mustang looks just like a 14 sho.

As much as a ford guy that I am, there is no doubt that front end does like like a fat version of the SHO and fusion. Given that, it's a nice car, as is the c7. Just not crazy of the Astin Martin look on a American car or the mini viper new vette.

As far as numbers, a hellcat with a tire and auto, next to a 15 gt with blower and tire, both cars with factory tuning and full weight, the hellcat will butt hurt that new mustang, there is just no way around that.

Nice expensive lightweight drag wheels on the one

If you watch the video of the silver one, the video switches between skinnies up front and oe wheels up front, probably just a few runs edited together

Interesting tests. The NA car was most impressive with 11.70s. The blower car leaves a lot on the table. If they did headers and had an auto it's probably a 10.60 car.

If I were looking for a "drag strip" car I'd throw all that stuff on a left over 2014. No half shaft upgrade.
