I'm tired....All the time...what can I do?

I Jet Ski all the time. I am totally wrecked as in total body is tired. I sleep awesome all the time. I can pretty much sleep whenever I want and don't wake up during the night. I want to start running because I know I am out of shape....that's cardio right? I can jet ski for hours and stand it, but I run for 100 feet and am out of breath. I don't think I have an oz of fat on me so does this all come down to what I am eating and possibly need to start running?
 
I was going to suggest maybe Metabolic Syndrome, but you have no fat lol.

I was tired all the time (still am), and it's because of Metabolic Syndrome. I need to start working out again....kind of slacked off because I started working more hours.

Try drinking nothing but water for a few weeks, that might help. Sugary drinks are a no no.

not to mention, a couple weeks without soda or beer makes them taste 1000 times better when you have them. :_slide_:
