i need some serious workout advice... fast...

ok here's a good diet I got from the gym it will help you I promise:

Day One:
5 times a day 3 oz or 15-18 grams of protein

Day Two:
5 times a day 3 oz. or 15-18 grams of protein
add 1 serving of fruit (1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 apple etc)
add 1 cup of veggies (broccoli is excellent)

Day Three:
same as day two
add 40 grams of complex carbs


Protein Sources:
3 hard boiled egges (no yolk)
3 ox chicken
1 scoop of protein

Complex carbs:
1 cup of brown rice
3/4 cup oatmeal
rice cakes totaling 40 grams
low carb wrap

The best is to just add spices to your chicken for flavoring.
By adding cardio to this and any type of core training you should have no problem


Oh yeah and you should do this for 2 weeks... day 1,2,3 start over

x2 - Here's how I dropped like 3 inches off my waist in like 2 weeks. If it doesn't make you sick, I gurantee this to work. But you have to be DEDICATED. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. old school oatmeal (water and oats), tuna and lettuce (balsamic vinegar) and some sort of fat (ie: peanut butter, flax, etc. every meal) 5-7 meals a day. NO EXCUSES, If you can eat 4lbs of lettuce go right ahead, you won't gain a single pound. I got TOO lean way to quick doing that.

It will literally make you sick but I GURANTEE your waist shrinks. It's torture, but it works.

Nothing, but water oatmeal, tuna, and lettuce. mustard is ok, and balsimic vinegar is ok NOTHING ELSE ENTERS YOUR BODY.

I want to do this but i know there is no way in hell i could lol.............. Ill be ready for summer and my boat thats all that matters :smokin:
 
Yeah thats it nothing else! I know Dave and he is strick when it comes to getting raw like that!

Actually....I like that stuff. I eat oatmeal all the time...plaine jane stuff, with milk. Switching to water wouldn't be bad. I love salad, with no-fat dressing and I actaully just ate tuna today.

BUT...how long would you have to eat this for? I'm 195 and would like to cut down to 175-180.

I love that shit too but your pretty much killing your body thats not even 1000 calories a day that is why it is so effective but like he said you will most likely get sick doing it. You can do it as long as your body can handle it!

Yeah, I'd have to cheat and throw some Miracle Whip in the Tuna, and some cheese on the lettuce...:lol: I'd feel hungry all day long, I don't think I could do that.

That's how I lost the bulk of my weight 2.5 years ago. Misery.
 
man...you must have some fat on you...I got a weight waiver when I went AF. I am 5'5" 205 at 9%...
I was 40 pds OVER my max weight for AF...I was in 5 years

no im not really out of shape at all... if you CALCULATE my body fat it shows i am way overweight i was told to loose 3 inches in my waist... thats pretty much all the fat i have... if there even is 3 inches to loose. i was on a weight gaining and bulking program now im not... so i stopped using my proteins.

so how does the weight waiver work???
