i need some serious workout advice... fast...

I am joining the Air Force.... BUT i need to loose a few percent body fat..... according to the computer calculator they use to tell me how "out of shape" i am.... i am 5'7" 190 lbs not too proportionally built.... lots of weight lifting... there is my problem.. if they only use my stomach measurement, height and weight... it shows im out of shape... so i was told to loose 3 inches off of my waist in about 2 weeks... there probably is 2 inches to loose... but thats a very short amount of time....the thing that pisses me off is i have virtually no fat anywhere else but my stomach and that throws my body fat percent off when you CALCULATE it... not measure it.... so to be safe i am on a crash workout and diet plan.....

any suggestions for abs obliques/ spare tires/ love handles.....

run run run is what i have been doing.... and no more protein diet either.... ive lost 13lbs this week, well since tuesday... maybe a little more...
 
3'' in 2 weeks is impossible. Do the best you can. Crunches, situps and a lot of cardio. Also, nutrition is key. Goodluck.

13lbs in just a couple days?! You're losing all water and muscle. Very little fat. You're doing more harm than good.

crunches and situps arent going to help, just cardio.
you cant target a specific area of body fat to work off.

you better run your ass off untill you start puking, and then keep running
 
Lose muscle. Only way you are gonna make it through without being hassled. I've seen muscle heads get pushed back in training or even kicked out of basic because they weigh too much even though it's almost all muscle.

You'll get put in the fat boy program where they run you even more in the evening while the rest of your flight is inside in the A/C.

Start running and quit lifting.
 
Don't forget lot's of water, eat clean(no suger) and get a good night sleep.

x2 - Here's how I dropped like 3 inches off my waist in like 2 weeks. If it doesn't make you sick, I gurantee this to work. But you have to be DEDICATED. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. old school oatmeal (water and oats), tuna and lettuce (balsamic vinegar) and some sort of fat (ie: peanut butter, flax, etc. every meal) 5-7 meals a day. NO EXCUSES, If you can eat 4lbs of lettuce go right ahead, you won't gain a single pound. I got TOO lean way to quick doing that.

It will literally make you sick but I GURANTEE your waist shrinks. It's torture, but it works.

Nothing, but water oatmeal, tuna, and lettuce. mustard is ok, and balsimic vinegar is ok NOTHING ELSE ENTERS YOUR BODY.
