I am joining the Air Force.... BUT i need to loose a few percent body fat..... according to the computer calculator they use to tell me how "out of shape" i am.... i am 5'7" 190 lbs not too proportionally built.... lots of weight lifting... there is my problem.. if they only use my stomach measurement, height and weight... it shows im out of shape... so i was told to loose 3 inches off of my waist in about 2 weeks... there probably is 2 inches to loose... but thats a very short amount of time....the thing that pisses me off is i have virtually no fat anywhere else but my stomach and that throws my body fat percent off when you CALCULATE it... not measure it.... so to be safe i am on a crash workout and diet plan.....
any suggestions for abs obliques/ spare tires/ love handles.....
