Well i finally got rid of my renters (still owe me 3k 
issed: ) anyway if anybodys looking let me know oh sorry for the bad pics i have a little clean up to do in the yard.
1000 sq ft home located in downtown holly, mi 48442. double lot,First the huge 2 1/2 car garage with (2)220 volt outlets and more 110 outlets then you can imagine, new tables, gas heated, phone line, extra 8.5 ft deep workshop in the back with new tables and fridge. 2nd the yard is a double lot 80% fenced in, with 2 sheds both have power (ask for details), deck on the back of the house with roof (one panel broke...tree..) hot tube hooked up but will need repair. now last the house 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen comes with stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer included, central heating, upgraded cable installed (cable cord it self). house is located 1/2 mile or less from the center of downtown holly, roads are plowed for the winter by the village. renter is to take care of gas, electric, and water bills as well as yard work in spring rent is not neg. im paying $1250 a month to the bank that means its costing me $250 month to rent i just need someone in the house now....please no deadbeats i just got rid of my last renters for not paying. oh no smoking in house. feel free to call me at 248-830-1867 Rent is $1000 month
