Hellcat Who?

Livernois, understandably as a sponsor and business, is trying to sell their services. The Hellcat is one of the cars "to beat". If a guy already has a camaro, mustang or whatever and wants to run with the big boys, Livernois can hook them up. I don't see anything wrong at all with this posting by them. They are just advertising, and I don't feel this shows any bias against mopars. I think they have put together some good Mopar packages, and what they have done with the Hellcat is awesome! I know, nobody cares what I think.

All I can say is that the new ZL1 can't come soon enough, because a bunch of hellcat guys are going to have to STFU.

As I said... I like Livernois, I like their products. Maybe someday I'll be back in the go fast game and they would be my first choice. (and maybe they'll tell me to get lost, LOL).... When people from other forums ask about tunes, I say "Livernois".... I just don't care for the way it's presented here. "Faster than this, world record that" with a plethora of caveats and intangibles. I wish they would just say "Look what we did here!" and enjoy the praise. Oh well, just my opinion (and that of a few others based on the PMs, rep and quotes that I got). I appreciate that they are a sponsor and I'll pipe down. It is what it is.

I will give them credit for never getting pissy in their replies or running to a moderator over it!!

Hold on Geoff. From what I have heard the SRT group has a bunch more up their sleeve. Should be interesting. Nine second Hellcats are not very difficult or expensive.

Since the Camaro is going to be like 500 lbs lighter than them they do in fact have a lot of work to do.

and wont look like a Japanese car

Just from a looks standpoint, everytime I see a new mustang or camaro I think to myself "I am so glad I bought a challenger" the fact that it's faster, more comfortable, sounds better and was cheaper is all bonus.

I think the new Mustang and Camaro are probably better overall cars. They are way ahead of Dodge in terms of chassis and suspension development... however, I don't care for the styling of either. The Challenger is fantastic to look at, offers the most power, and is definitely the one that I would buy if I was in the market.

Totally off subject but why does an Audi R8 V10 sound so much different (better) than a Viper v10. It's not the exhaust lol.

You have the audi v10 that is 5.2l has 40 valves and only 450hp vs 8.4l push rod engine. we had one at the dealer and had to move it without the exhaust on it and the viper sounds like a souped up tractor. pushrod vs mod motor.
