Halo2 players, check in

My brother plays...

Next MM party, we should play halo2, and forza. I got some nasty cars on there that are always looking to hand out an ass whooping.
 
I'll play H1 until my thumbs bleed, but I never liked H2. No zoom on the pistol and the field of view seems too narrow.

If we can get 8 people to commit I can host it, I have two TV's and a reg X-box & a 360 just need a extra game either Halo or H2
 
I've got an XBox and Halo 2. I think Halo 1 is saved on the hard drive in my XBox though...I don't remember. I say we just go nuts and get 2 other TVs over there. 8v8 ftw

My friend brought his modified X-box over and you couldn't network it.:dontknow:

They're all different. A lot has to do with if you used an actual chip to do the changes or not. When we used to have our 8v8 every other week mine and my brothers worked fine as long as we used the game disc still. We only ran into problems occasionally when we tried using the game that was saved on the HD.

Two years ago now (I think?) they had that "Ultimate Gamers" show on MTV. MTV came to Troy and had 8 of my friends (16 guys total) on the show playing Halo. They made them look like such hardcore gaming dorks it was hilarious. They interviewed them all for like an hour and edited it all so it made it sound like the game was life or death to them.

They were all way more in to it than I was. I still maintained a normal functional life outside of Halo...they did not. There were a few of them that would hand me my ass every time we played. We liked Halo 2, slayer with sniper rifles and rockets, all vehicles.
 
I play with my buddies all the time. no LIVE though. Is it free yet ?? i heard there was supposed to be a free version of xbox live once the 360 came out.
We did a system link at my buddies birthday party 2 teams of 4 its was preatty sweet. Im lookin for a cheap Xbox so i can set it up here at home with TV's in different room to have matches.. But come feburbary for my birthday i think we're gona get together with 4 tvs 4 teams of 2.
 
I got $100 bucks on anyone in here that my brother can take you to the cleaners or anyone you know... Any takers?
 
How about a 2v2 Brothers vs Brothers Reiko?

Im down aslong as i've got about 3-4 days notice as to what day and time and where.

Question, If this happens, will we be playing on a updated Xbox? I wont play on a xbox that has never been on live. I can bring mine, but i think i need a new disc. Mines taking a crap.
