Halo2 players, check in

I used to play....My live ran out last year and never re-subscribed....I kinda miss it...somtime I may be down to come over somones house and play a friendly tourney or somthing.............I live downriver...anyone else close to me????
 
Here's an idea -

How about we just get 8-10 guys that play recreationally together on two TV's in the same house and drink some beer and shoot each other in the face.

I don't feel like playing against some pimply-faced videojockey that chose Halo over girls. It's just not fun being shot in the back before you've figured out where on the map you respawned.
 
Im down for whatever. Im pretty good, but i have a life outside of halo. Someone pick a date, just not the first weekend in November, the snow show at the Rock Financial showplace.

Here's the problem with that. I'm amazing at everything I do. Girls > video games all day long, but I can't help being the best.
 
So yea does anyone know if the live is free yet?? was supposed to bome a free Standard membership then an upgraded one for Gold members or somehting ??
If its free i might go buy the kit.
 
I never heard anything about live being free. I know when you buy a 360 you get a year of the gold membership. But never heard of anything being free. Its only $60ish bucks for the year and you get a head set.
