Im still working on getting the 69 Mustang and 51 Ford up and running. Of the 3 companies, which is the better option?

we will likely be going with grundy for both of those. i just recently picked them up and they are a little less restrictive than hagerty is

Grundy was much better for me than Hagerty with my 1970 and 2001 Corvettes.

Shauna - With your usage on the GTO, you'd never qualify for Hagerty. Sounds like Sean can hook you up though so you're in good hands.

I don't drive it as much as I used to. Not even close. I put less than 5000 miles on it last season.

It's not so much the quantity of miles but where you go. Hagerty said "No driving the car to work... Or the store... Or anywhere other than the ice cream shop on Sunday afternoons when there's less than a 3% chance of rain" Grundy said "Take it to work every now and then if you want." "Take it to the racetrack if you want. Just understand that as soon as you get to the hot pits, you're no longer covered." Grundy was cheaper for me as well.

Or just drive it "RANGE DAY TUESDAYS"...5000 thou, hell that's 3 years driving in my "V" :)

Sean, will you be in the office Monday, 11 ish AM?

George

I switched to Grundy a few years ago for the same reasons. Less money and didn't mind if I drove the car to work

No joke. I probably haven't put 1,000 miles on the TT car in the last 3 years combined.
What's the scoop with Grundy? How does it differ from AAA?

I went from haggerty to Grundy. As stated, Grundy is WAY better. Agreed value with both places.

25k with haggerty

$45k with Grundy....... AND Grundy is $120 CHEAPER than haggerty!!

No brainier switch there!

Guys, neither company has a mileage limitation. I handled a claim on a '68 Camaro that the guy drove every weekend from Tampa to Miami and back. He put 27K on the car. The car was spotless. The damage was from a falling tree branch in the driveway. Made sure of the condition of the car, that he had a second vehicle and that he had secured parking (garage). I handled claims for both and they are reasonably liberal.
