Theres always that other part... :)

Yeah, but I was more excited about this one...
The other part is either in that Drew Barrymore movie or the Clint Eastwood one.
Get off of Motown, finish painting, and call me! I'm done napping and moping around.
Thanks for the text...it did cheer me up!

Everything happens for a reason. Say the shoot has a terrible accident and everyone on the set you were supposed to be shooting on, dies. You'll be glad you didn't get the part, then.

Lmfao @ that Al. My brother Alen said the same exact thing...then asked me if I wanted him to go there and toss some people around!
You guys are all great, thanks for the support and encouraging words.

Just because a lot of metrosexual guys go there because they play "great music" doesn't mean they are both :run:

 You (as well as most any other person in SE MI) knows it's commonly referred to as "Fashionable Ferndale" because "Full of Fags Ferndale" is offensive and rude.

Did you know that they even have designated nights at "Comos for Homos", but we can't call it that. :dontknow:

Congrats on the part. I got called for an extra job for Prince of the Motor City. I ended up calling the lady back and telling her that I couldnt commit to the full day of shooting since my wife and I had anniversary plans. I think that probably blew my chances for future call backs but we'll see.

Trust me, when they want you they do. They will keep you on file...and if anything else comes up they will contact you. If not their loss. Congrats on the call back...that alone is a major accomplishment. Good luck as well!

No. I can honestly say I have never been to a gay bar. Not even during their "normal" hours. I'm good on all that.

Lmfaooooooooo...it's not a gay bar. It's a restaraunt in Ferndale. Italian owned, actually the owner is Sophia who is Sicilian.

In that case I suggest you steer clear from that city as a whole since you're teetering on the edge of plain gay and flaming queen.

I love to see you both go back and forth, but seriously Al...how do you know about all the kinds, and what they are called?
I mean what is the difference between plain gay and flaming queen? Does it matter, they both take it in the ass? :dontknow:

Great questions.

Plain gay = people like my brother-in-law...you'd never know he was gay unless he said it or you asked. He does not have any of the *stereotypical* traits of a "gay" man. No limp wrist, no rolling "s" slur, etc.
Flaming Queen = your "stereotypical" gay man. flamboyant, slur, the y"haaaaaaay boyz" type attitude, leather chaps with a bare ass showing, etc.

I used to work with a LOT of gay guys when I worked at Nordstrom back in the day. You see all kinds.

In reference to the "take it in the ass" comment, I have no idea. I did make fun of an ex-colleague at Nordstrom for doing just that and he said that he and his life partner weren't "that kind of gay." He said that they used other means of "taking care" of each other. I cringed and walked away.
