It just takes time and consistency. I gained 30lbs of muscle in 13 months without resorting to anabolics. I just spent 6 days a week in the gym and never missed a workout. Then the gym I went to closed down and I put most of my time into my car. I lost alot of what I worked so hard for but I'm at it again and hopefully I can stay at it this time.

im more conserned with the lose than the muscle gain right now... i quit smoking 6 months ago and gained almost 40lbs uncontrolably and now i think its time to get thinner again... i was 180 when i came back from down south 2 years ago and now im pushing 225... ive lost 5lbs in the past week which i atribute to the pop

Quitting a nicotine habit usually does that unfortunately. Are you a taller person?

5'10''... just over average i suppose... i was 145 pounds when i graduated but that was almost 10 years ago... lazyness got the upper hand
You're not alone man. It happens to most people. Sometimes life just gets in the way and time flys by. Before you know it your old, fat, and in my case, getting bald LOL!! 5'10'' is average yes. I am 5'7''....

marvin is a cool dude and all but i get sick of him after a few weeks when i run out of things to do around the house... i pretty much gave up on life during the week... i go to bed around 430 and get up between 12 and 2 everyday... it is nice not having to hear my alarm clock anymore and im never late to work... when i worked days i never left myself any extra time incase of traffic...

im up.. weeee

i used to work midnight shift when i was down in florida, i loved it. im a night person, so working an 11-7 or later worked out great. i would then be up till 3, wake up at 9:30. or go to sleep after i got home and showered, and then be up in the afternoon. gave me time to go to the beach during the mornings when it wasnt too crazy. if i dont work midnight shift, i dont usually wake up by myself till 9am. lol

i had to work 3pm-10pm today, i usually work 7am-3:30pm. have to finish up a school job and it's just easier to get done without the little brats running around. i do have to say i enjoyed sleeping in and being able to do something during the day before i had to actually go into work.
