it stops after she warms up, and slides on the water pump and makes a screeetch noise. its slippin off there. maybe u guys can check it out friday or sunday and let me know what u think.

i got it as tight as the march alt. braket tensioner will go. i need a new one. its a lil cross threaded when i got it, i need just the tension and the bolts. but it looks like the pulleys are outta align, the alt. needs back more. and the power steering pump doesnt seem to stay tight enuf. i have no stock braket on there. just the 2 bolts. i still have the braket. but if any1 has a pic of how it should be set up pm me a pic so i have a refrence plz. thx....

take off the power steering and get a shorter belt
 
yea i kinda like power steering though. anyways i need to figure out the gas milage thing. i dont think it is leaking, we cant find a leak anywhere, maybe the carb needs tuned? i was told it was brand new? wat u guys think shoot me some ideas. or places that will do an estimate and they know what they are doing, cheap, around howell. thanks....

im trying but it is really hard. and i need it to get finished. its getting a lil old though. espessialy since i have nobody to help me thats y i always ask on here.

got the pvc(pcv) dunno which 1) well i put one in since my car didnt have one. so i think thats wat was causing my oil pan to drip a bit. so hopefully it will seal back up and i dont gotta change the oil pan gasket. but it probably wont... kinda sounds different know.

Yeah you'll find how good you sealed the oil pan without a PCV valve.
 
okay guys thanks to daveg she is tuned and runs like she grew some balls overnight. lol, bad lifter though.. one thing after the next, lol... so any1 got some spring spacers i could throw on my back springs so the tires dont rub. just ask dave how bad they r. they r heating up the paint and its bubbling. their so bad. so shoot me some prices. or gifts are accepted too. or cheap. thanks... will be at greenoak tonite.
 
I think we just need to adjust your rockers. Not that bad of a job.

Those tires rubbing is ridiculous. I cant believe how bad they rub.

She does run pretty good now.

Does your tach work now?
