FoxBodyJr.'s new 86 capri

new poly motor mounts are installed and this weekend hopefully the camber and caster plates. i wore out my front runners..... now i gotta buy new ones. YEA!!!!
 
well i rattle canned the grille and four eye light covers. and the white bar behind my bumper. and rattled the front bumper where the paint peeled. close match up.... looking better..
 
so i was pretty much gonna keep it, then shit happened and the starter went out... WTF. the dumbass that built the car had 1 bolt in the starter and it was barely even threaded in... Who is that fucking retarted????? now im thinking i need a shim.

I tried telling you. That guy was dumber than a box of rocks.That picture looks good , I have a 12 second car now so when do you want to line them up ?

that pic makes the body line look like shit.... it is straight but doesnt look like it in the pic... idk..

so updates:
well im keeping the car.
i replaced the rear end cover and filled her up. it was leaking b4.
i replaced the mini starter and got a new 1...
i am thinking i need a shim for the car. ppl have told me i need 1 didnt know what they are until i was told wat it was and i know i need one cause there is a gap between the motor and flywheel and looks like the flywheel is missing 1 or 2 bolts...

all in all. i am keeping the car and working out the bugs. i realized both of my cars are good and im not gonna get shit for them in this economy so fuck it.... lemme know if u got a shim

and scott, once she gets running right! u will have first shot. only not me driving...

lol yea it does look good that pic and just practice with the stick youll have it dow in no time it took me awhile to get a stick down but its easy. lol start bangin gears

how can you blame that on the guy that owned it before you?? you have had this car for awhile now so it probably came loose while you were driving it:thumbsup:
 
i dont know. but i have never heard of that happening. and if the bolts were tight with the lock washers they wouldnt come out.
