It's just how the manufacture has it set up. Now you see why it's a good to have a relationship with your salesperson. It's amazing what a QUALITY salesperson/dealer can do for a customer.

I believe that to be the key, this dealer clearly just cares about getting cars out the door. Once you've bought it, your on your own.
