I have been weight lifting for about a year now. I have gained about 15lbs of muscle, and have lost fat. I currently weigh 165lbs and am 6ft tall. I figure with the winter season coming up I can bulk up a bit and then cut again when spring comes.
My question is this...
What supplements do you guys like for gaining mass?
For a while I would use Muscletech's NaNO Vapor pre workout and the GNC's Wheybolic 60 after. I am now trying GNC's Mass XXX after workout. My diet is not the best, but I dont sit around and eat chips and drink pop all day either. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'd like to put on another 15 lbs this winter, but I am afraid I've peaked.
