Food/diet rant.

Me: Hey bro, whats up?
Friend: What are you eating?
Me: Some subway. Trying to be a little more health conscious.
Friend: Uhhhh..subway is not really that good for you. (laughing in kind of a snooty way)
Me: Oh.

Shoves whole sandwich in the garbage and orders a meat lovers deep dish pizza with cheese bread and a 2 liter of Pepsi.


I fucking hate when people get on my shit. You know what? Mind your own fucking business about what I eat. Yeah, I'm fat. I'm a fucking fat ass. Your in shape…guess what? I can still beat the fuck out of you with one hand tied behind my back. So who needs to work on what, mother fucker? Be happy that I'm actually eating something with vegetables or not deep fried for once in my life. Jesus. Last week, I was woofing down triple stacks from Burger King with an order of fat fries and a coke. This week I'm eating a subway sandwich and drinking water and you have a problem with that??? Sorry, bro, maybe I should just eat some raw egg whites and raw oats while doing meathead work out routines at the gym wondering if people will like me more if I'm negative 20 percent body fat.

If you cut back on the sugar and carbs you will probably be less grumpy.:D
 
That's my big fear of quitting smoking, being a fat bastard. The 2 biggest hobbies in my family are sitting on the couch and watching TV, not the ideal lifestyle for a "quitter" :lol:.


Well, you have some time. I quit almost exactly a year ago, and I was fine for 6-7 months. Then one day I was like "what the fuck? My work pants must've shrunk or something!" I had one pair that was always a little tight, I had to stop wearing those ones. My girlfriend asked if I wanted her to buy me bigger work pants. That hurt a little. I'm slowly losing it tho. I just love to snack on junk food. I used to have a drawer in my toolbox at work with nothing but snacks in it. Now it's empty except for a pack of pop tarts 👎
 
Shit, I was 150 with wet clothes on through high school up to my mid 20's. I could eat anything and everything and not gain a pound. Fast forward to my early 30's and now I'm 200 :lol:

I never really gained much weight either. Until I was about 22, I always weighed 165-175. Once I began to understand metabolism and how the body works, I modified my diet and exercise to maintain a lean 200-215 lb "physique". Although I'm currently 220 and my bf% is not where I want it.

The people that do accept what I did ask me for my “secret”… Then they get pissed when I tell them how I did it like I’m lying to them.
No joke. It's like the fat lady who tells her doctor that 'she eats nothing and exercises all the time'.
The doctor replies 'then eat half of nothing and exercise twice as much'.

Everyone knows how to lose weight, they just don't want to eat reasonably-sized portions of healthy food or exercise.
There aren't any secrets to weight loss. There isn't a magical pill. That's all bullshit as are all of the phony weight-loss systems.
No one wants to hear the truth - that they need to stop stuffing their face..

I'd rather be fat than die of lung cancer..
In three weeks I'll celebrate a full year of not smoking. I quit on 2/3/2013 (Superbowl Sunday).
If I can quit anyone can. I loved smoking. I especially loved that others hated it.
I packed on a few pounds, but so what. I can give up the Boston Coolers and Sanders bumpy cake later. :)
