Does Anyone Here Know How to Change a Gear in a T-101A Transmission?

It is a G-Force T-101A 4 speed transmission. It is a unique road racing transmission and I was wondering if anyone has real-time experience with them. Real time experience means just that. It is different than a Jerico, Toploader, Muncie, Richmond or T-5 transmissions. There isn't anything at all wrong with it, I just want 1st gear ratio changed...
