anyone no how i can obtain my soon to be ex wifes cell phone records from sprint.I found out she had been talking to some guy for a little while before she told me she wanted a divorce, i think she is hiding more from me.I had sprint with her then she got all funny and told me to go get my own phone and crap.

i gave her the house and then she says i can have it back but she hasn't made a payment since august,so now its in foreclosure and they want more coin then i have to save it, im a little pissed about that

yeah she said if i gave her 3000 grand she could keep the house but i think she was going to screw me and go rent one.
 
fuck all that, let the bank take it, start fresh. prolly be a lot easier w/o wife, hope theres no kids involved cuz that sucks.
 
i have 2 little ones thats the only reason i was nice a gave her the house other wise i wouldnt have

If your name was anywhere on that mortgage then YOU should have stayed in the house or made certain the payments were made.

This isn't all the woman's fault ya know...

If your name was on the old cellphone account then you can get records up until your name was removed. I dont understand what proving she had an affair will do though?

How long were you married?
 
I believe michigan is a 'no fault' state for divorce, so it's not like showing those phone record in court would help with anything, if that's what you want them for.

Typical female answer - "This isn't all the woman's fault ya know..." I would like to hear how it's his fault SHE cheated, because I'm willing to bet you're going to blame him somehow. If she was unhappy and didn't want to be married anymore then get divorced, after the divorce is final go find someone new.

If she agreed to pay for the house and din't then it's HER fault.

If you don't understand what proving she had an affair will do. Then what does it matter how long they were married. If he responds with 3 days does it make it OK that SHE cheated?

I think the point is that its a verbal agreement between him and his ex wife....if the woman is disrespectful enough to cheat....then u shouldnt "trust" that she'll pay the mortgage. It woulda been smarter to make sure it got paid until you got your name removed from the mortgage so you didnt get caught up in payments like the guy is now. Hind sight is 20/20 and im sorry this guy is going through this stuff :rocketwho

Getting into the details of their marriage is kinda pointless....we dont know what happened to make it fall apart. Why this guy wants the phone records could be for possible legal action he wants to try to take or for his personal use. Who knows! It doesnt matter.

I knoiw this isn't funny, but his post says: "So she gives me the house back, and I find out she hasn't paid since August and it's in foreclosure" gave me a little chuckle.

At least she waited until there was absolutely no value left in it to give it back.... :shake:

Very well put and oh so very true. LOL at "isnt all the womans fault" nah, he probably didnt take out the trash, so she became a cheating whore....happens everytime...
 
Obtaining phone records can be done online for a few bucks. The news/freepress did a article on this subject a year or so ago. The reporter that wrote the article was shocked how easy it was to get any records by just using his credit card online, and within a few hours received e mails with the info. (he checked his own cell phone). It cost a a hundred or tow to do it, but keep in mind, I would not go flashing the records to ANYONE, as it probably not exactly legal.
