divorce- cell phone records

yes if a women is guilty of adultery before the divorce it nullifies most any assets shes entitled too .... I THINK

From what I understand this isn't true in. In this state anyway. My gf's dad went through the same thing, which is why he doesn't really want to give her a divorce. Even though she was seeing another man toward the end of their marriage, and living with him for the past 2 years of separation, her Father's attorney said it'd be best to let her file so she has to pay all those fee's, and she will most likely get half of everything.

It woulda been smarter to make sure it got paid until you got your name removed from the mortgage so you didnt get caught up in payments like the guy is now.:

That's easier said then done in todays fucked up market. I think even if he quick deeded his name off he's still responsible on the loan. She wouldve had to refi w/o his name on it. Like said above man, just start out fresh and keep your head up. I'm not living in a house that has my name on it and its a shitty feeling.

im pretty sure its illegal to commit adultery in michigan which im pretty sure also nullifies the contract of marriage aswell... but im no lawyer this is just from things that ive seen...

i rather not give her my pension or my annuity if i don't have to,also i was first on the mortgage so i did mess up by not staying but i dont care bout the house now,i just dont want her to get nothing from here on out

You can go back and forth for months if you want with the tit for tat and the only ones making out are the Attorneys

That is dead wrong!!!!! It does not matter who did what, I went in with pictures and all the prof need and the judge said it does not matter....she got everything becauce we had a child and the childs lifestyle will not change. Prepare yourself because you left the house the may call it abondonment... because that is exactly what they did to me. If you have a lawyer he should have told you this and I can't stress enough DO EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS to the letter!!!!! I wish you best of luck it's is going to get rough.
