I think its time to finally stop using the SAME damn tire squealing sound for all burnouts, launches, etc. Funny how all the cars on street outlaws squeal the tires the same. Other shows too. Just saying

My favorite was when they squealed tires and threw dirt out from underneath the tires because they were on a dirt road.

Blame the post-processing staff. Aside from the dialogue, every other sound in a film is added after all footage is recorded. How many movies have you watched and heard an otherwise anemic car squeal the tires taking off? :lol:

^^^^^^^YES LMAO. Im glad im not the only one that notices these things. I remember some sounds from gas monkey, overhauled lol. Make new noises please discovery channel. I also hear the same tire squealing sound on worlds wildest police chases and world dumbest drivers

The audio from the police chopper pilots or reporters in the chopper is always dubbed in as well.

They are all guilty of this. It drive me nuts when an escort has the sound of a small block and a boat with out boards sounds like an offshore with open headers.
