Damn. Billy Lane *reported driving drunk* hits and kills a motorcyclist

Did the field sobriety test him or brethalyze him? The report doesnt say that. He may not actually have been drinking, just a thought.

Now he did kill someone yup, he should pay, yes. But anyone with money wont serve anytime in jail and anyone that "knows" someone wont serve jail time.

He will live with killing someone forever. It's also possible there are other circumstances that may change this whole story. Dont judge to quickly. And no i'm not defending him!

It is possible that it was dusk time and the motorcycle didnt have his lights on? :dontknow: Shit happens that's why it's an accident, but he still killed someone.

From what I've read, he was passing a few cars......but the lines were double yellow......and hit the guy head on.

Just thought i'd drop in and also mention the Jayson Williams murder!!! THE GUY SHOT AND KILLED HIS LIMO DRIVER!!!! THEY ACQUITED HIM ON ONE CHARGE, AND THEY COULDN'T COME TO A VERDICT :lol: (can you believe that) ON THE OTHER CHARGE.

He shot that bastard to death, and he's now in his second trial for not even murder but manslaughter, never served a day in jail because he's loaded!!!!

The worst part of the Jayson Williams murder was that they were fucking around with shotguns and shit while plastered...he was trying to do some trick shot and nailed the limo driver...then they freaked out and put the gun in the driver's hands and tried to make it look like a suicide and shit...what a cluster-fuck that guy should be rotting away in jail as well!

Have you ever ridden a bike? The headlight on 99% of them is on if the bike is running.
 
Hes more famous then he is rich,which in the end, will be what helps him get out of the most serious charges..They probably think hes god down there in Florida, well at they used too..What ever money he had will be gone either to attorney fees or to the family in the civil suit..That shop will never open again..
