Because he is a dumbass. That's what all of us are after drinking and driving.

I would expect someone to say "Fuck Matt" If I killed someone while driving drunk.

He made the choice to drive drunk now he should pay for his mistake.

Like everybody been sayin "Money Talks, Bullshit walks" if your a millionaire (like OJ) you can and will get away with murder.....hell you think a millionaireis going to goto prison for life in america? hell no! He'll have lawyers that make the most horrible statement putting the other guy at fault for somthing as little as not having up to date tags on the motorcycle or speeding. This is one fucked up criminal justice system we have here in america and there are pleanty of examples of it everyday. But i agree with everyone else, let that peice of shit rot away for the rest of his life, give him time to realize what a dumb fuck he is.

Just thought i'd drop in and also mention the Jayson Williams murder!!! THE GUY SHOT AND KILLED HIS LIMO DRIVER!!!! THEY ACQUITED HIM ON ONE CHARGE, AND THEY COULDN'T COME TO A VERDICT :lol: (can you believe that) ON THE OTHER CHARGE.

He shot that bastard to death, and he's now in his second trial for not even murder but manslaughter, never served a day in jail because he's loaded!!!!

Nah, not in denial. Everyone knows he did it. They just couldnt PROVE it based on all of the evidence that was tampered with. Never heard that river in africa line, im gonna use it! Thanks:laugh:
 
you know what gets me.....i got pulled over last year, some know the story, my ticket gave me 7 days to appear in court or find a lawyer.
also there was NO FIGHTING THE TICKET!!!!!!! i was GUILTY!! PERIOD!!!(it was no inacient till proven guilty) i also had a blood test taken...and it didnt take "WEEKS" to get the results..maybe a week tops(actually i think it was like 4 days)...so like always money and fame will DRAW HIS CONVECTION OUT FOR EVER!!..thats the american way...if a regular person did this...a few weeks tops and he/she would be in jail?.......NOPE WRONG AGAIN!!!!! the guy that killed my cousin 10+years ago didnt spend a night in jail(not even the night he ran her over in his car)why??...oh yea his uncle was a dective for that police department...so again if someone,that knows nobody,and has no money and isnt famous, does this then they will get what they deserve.

Gee, What a surprise he killed somebody because of his drinking.... Every bike building episode he was in, he was drinking like a fish.
