If don't mind me asking, what did they end up charging you for the belt/pretensioner work?

$65/belt

$90 for dual stage, which the Audi driver/pass belts are dual stage.

fast turn around. Plus they can reset Air Bag Control Modules:

Thanks for the info. That's pretty fair given the fronts are dual stage.

Car turned out really nice...congrats.

Looks sweet. Nice Job. How does it compare to the V?

This is car is quite different. Not as raw as the CTS-V....which is what I miss. I'm hoping once I put exhaust on the S4 it will change that. I like that it gets a little better mileage than the CTS-V and I think I will really love the AWD in the winter. I raced a G8 GXP from a roll and won.....so its faster than my CTS-V.

With all that said....IMO the CTS-V was the best car I ever owned!!!!! Rain/Shine or Snow it was a great car.

It turned out awsome. Does It have a salvage title now ?

Thanks!

yes...it has the orange title....."Previously Issued a Salvage Title" is what it says.

Doesn't much matter to me....since I will put 35,000 miles/year for the next 5 years.....so at 175,000 it shouldn't matter.

UPDATE:

Finally got around to putting the X-Pipe Section on.

Sounds much better now.
