Cops beat down 15yr old girl in cell

I'm sorry but being a parent of a teen and knowing how some of them act I don't feel bad for her. It is pretty obvious that if she is in trouble with the law at 15 that her parents have no control of her. My kid would have rather had the cop whoop his ass than face me.

If a parent does not teach their child to respect any law enforcement the parent should be held accountable. Sorry, I don't feel sorry for her or anyone that doesn't know how to respect anyone else. It all falls back on how kids are being brought up.
 
This stuff happens quite a bit. You should see some of the videos we watch in my Corrections class.
 
you wouldnt be saying that if it was your child. you would be trying to sue. it doesnt matter what she said or if she kicked the shoe off too hard or whatever. they have no right to do that.
 
So because she called them a fat pig they had to bounce her head off the wall and punch her? makes no sence to me.
 
The only thing that pisses me off about that is that they didn't use the tazer.

Seriously, before I make a judgment, I'd like to know the complete story. We don't have a clue what the arrest was like, etc. There could be a whole lot that could have lead up to that.
 
lmao!!!!! it doesnt matter if she unloaded a mag at them out in the parking lot, they crossed the line. lol where were you guys when they stuck that plunger in that guys ass in new york till he died. i wonder what he did to get that one.

you're entitled to your opinion. I just want to hear the rest of the story first. I have family that are cops. You'd be surprised at the bullshit they have to put up with.

Wow i dont care what she said to the cops thats a 15 year old girl ,15 its like terrble 2's and a nuther a grown man should kno right from wrong about putting his hands on a female but even worse a 15 year old i bet he dont do tht sh*t to his wife . If they dont do anything to these cops this girl is going to grow up hating them and something worse will happen.
 
Two wrongs don't make a right...just because she wasn't respecting them and acting like a total asshole doesn't give them the right to treat her like that. I feel bad for the taxpayers of that city who will foot the bill of the big settlement because their officer had no self-control.

x2, uncalled for.. Don't care what happened, cop was not threatened by a 15 yo girl. Cops get paid to restrain themselves not to perform vigilante justice.

It's their job and it comes with the territory dealing with screwups. As a law enforcement officer you are held to a higher standard and should act accordingly. If you don't don't like that then you should do something else for a living. My $.02

Actually your wrong and that is the problem with people, sue,sue,sue.

Take your bratty 15 year old home and teach her to fucking respect EVERYONE. Two wrongs don't make a right, this is correct, however she had her first wrong for whatever she did to get herself there. The second thing was in her actions toward the Police. As far as I'm concerned they treated her as they would any of us, do the crime pay the price. Trust me, if some of these parents would learn how to raise kids right these problems would be cut in half. No matter what there are going to be trouble makers, using a little force may wake some people up.

Someone kicks a shoe at me I'm swinging, assault is assault. 15 year old kids think their untouchable, I was that age once and remember doing something to an adult and getting a foot in my ass. That one incident alone knocked the chip off my should rather quick ,every action has a reaction.

Maybe the officer overreacted a little, but where in that position do you draw the line ?
 
ive got to take boomers side on this one... kids are getting way too out of hand... this girl had to do something pretty bad to get tossed in jail in the first place... kids are getting worse and worse... their is no discipline coming from the homes anymore because parents are affraid to slap or spank their kids in fear of them calling the police on them... its sick and pittiful...
 
Hopefully that straightens her ass out.....

Then again the parental unit will probably see the opportunity to make some $$$$ then the child will never properly get corrected and will just have $$$$ and still be a little devilish satanic creature
