The police are not trial and jury and have no right to punish/injure someone unless they're immediately in danger. If their actions were acceptable we wouldn't need cops and we'd all beat each others asses, were someone to get out of line. They were in the wrong, I don't know how it's even possible to argue otherwise. I have tremendous respect for police officers but think it's bullshit when they don't abide by the laws that THEY are responsible for upholding.

It shows a smart ass kid getting lippy with the police. She flips her shoe off at them when they probably told her to. She gets blasted in the head right before being slammed into the wall. While she is on her back being cuffed, she gets punched in the head a few more times, then lifted to her feet BY HER HAIR.

There could be a very good reason why grown men need to beat the shit out of a 15 year old girl! They could have been defending themselves! :roll:

I did some Googling' about this video. The girl and her friend were arrested for auto theft. They took out her friends mom's car in the middle of the night. The parents reported the car stolen, and the girls were picked up at 3 in the morning.
The 15 year old girl was reportedly calling the police "fat pigs" and basically trying to pick an argument with them. The other officer was a trainee who said the two were bickering back and forth with each other from the time of the traffic stop.

The cop, Paul Schene, said the shoe she kick off caused a "blood pool" under his skin. He went to the hospital for treatment! After investigators took a closer look at the video, the shoe never even hit him. He smashed his own shin on the toilet in the cell when he rushed her.
The girl was never even charged with assault, and she never made a complaint about being beaten. The prosecutor was putting together the auto theft case and reviewed the video. The investigation started from that point.
Paul Schene's own co-workers, who are OTHER POLICE OFFICERS, brought this incident to light.

I'm sorry but being a parent of a teen and knowing how some of them act I don't feel bad for her. It is pretty obvious that if she is in trouble with the law at 15 that her parents have no control of her. My kid would have rather had the cop whoop his ass than face me. If a parent does not teach their child to respect any law enforcement the parent should be held accountable. Sorry, I don't feel sorry for her or anyone that doesn't know how to respect anyone else. It all falls back on how kids are being brought up.

The only thing that pisses me off about that is that they didn't use the tazer.

Seriously, before I make a judgment, I'd like to know the complete story. We don't have a clue what the arrest was like, etc. There could be a whole lot that could have lead up to that.

The only thing I said was if I did that to a cop(being disrespectful in any way shape or form) my dad would of put me through that same wall she got slammed into...
