Just want to know what kind of rear upper and lower control arms you guys are using on your fox bodied stangs, and what kind you recommend for street-strip use

Yeah I have been here since 07 but read alot of post and answer most of my own questions there but my car is notchback with a 359na efi windsor and t5 with a 8.8 im running drag radials at 265-60r15 but even after a good burnout and only 14-15psi in the tires i either get wheel hop or spin most of the time i also have a set of eibach sportline springs i wasnt sure if i could get a ok ride out of dragsprings on the little bit of street time it does see so thats the reason i went with the sportlines i got the rearend pulled right now for a gear swap and i plan on welding in battle boxes so why not add some control arms

ok yea Im living in tennessee now and they only run 1/8th mile down here so gears are a must no more 3.08's

are adjustable uppers AND lowers necessary? wouldnt just having adjustability on one set be enough?

My guess would be that if you have the car lowered that you would need both to be adjustable to get the car even all around. maybe something to do with pinion angle and other things? just a guess though

I 'm no suspension expert, but the adjustable uppers are to center the rear and set pinion angle, the lowers are used to square the rear to the car and adjust wheel location front to rear.
