I have a pulley that I need to be made a lot smaller overall diameter wise... Everything else measurement wise stays the same... Where can I go to get this done?

Reiko, is that a smooth or grooved pulley? I asked the machinists here where I work about doing the same thing. They said that the smooth back one (think wp on a sbf) would be cake, however there was something with machining the grooves on a ribbed one that made it so they didn't want to touch it.
