CNC guys...

Someone experienced with a manual lathe might surprise you, I doubt it needs to be CNC.

So I had to ask again why they said it couldn't be done. Turns out the above statement is true. They said that it is possible on a manual lathe, just much more accurate, and simple on a cnc. Basically what it boiled down to in my case is the guys I know that do gov't work for me don't run the cnc lathes.

BTW I work in the prototype division of a steering components company so there are no shortage of ps pulleys around here ;) I just don't know the right guys, lol
 
PM me if you still need one. We do pulleys all the time. A single pulley that doesn't have anything crazy going on should be inexpensive and easy.

Nice! I'm not sure what Reiko has figured out but the ribbed one that I was trying to get made I no longer need since we are no longer required to run PS. That made it really easy! Now I'll know who to get ahold of in the future though.
