Have you let paypal know what is going on? I had a guy try to scam me out of a 2800 set of wheels on paypal and they recooped all my money. You have to prove credit cards and bank accounts to use paypal so they have a lot of information. Also I believe there is an organization of the FBI that deals with online fraud that you can submit too, paypal can direct you that way.

On a side note, I know Nick Aka Team_Southside and he is a good guy, bought a few things from him and never had a problem. The other guy though I have never met nor know...
 
i would just like to add is team southside (nick) is a good guy! i know he has nothing to do with this scam! but i also do know he can find this spool lx guy for ya!

agreed bro...nick has helped me out before tracking down info on some guys out in the PH area, I know he wouldn't have anything to do with scamming you penquin, but he would most certainly help you in getting your money or tools
 
just spoke with stinger1987 and he sent the money and is waiting on the tool set also. So this guy is def trying to come up on some easy money.

I searched facebook for anyone named chris roberts at baker and came up with nothing other than a kid that graduates in '10 so i assumed that by the email you specified, your guy will graduate in '08. Also the girl Jodi is not on there either but there are a ton of Meartens in the state school system just not sure if they are related...sorry bud

My sense started tingling when the guy was ignoring my messages the 1st few days, so I got on another screenname and asked if he still had them for sale, He said he did and i confronted him about it, he swore it was for another tool (firestorm power tools)set he had for sale but was no where to be found on the internet when i searched in google.

I have a friend who is a Port Huron detective, spoolin LX when is my refund coming or should I give him a call?
