beautiful car that id love to own but whats with all the missing parts?

The car is still being built, but will be ready by October 4th.
The pictures show it at Woodward Dream Cruise were we mocked it up to help sell tickets.
(Needs wiring, brakelines, and the exhaust ran and then final assembly.)

usually they offer a "cash prize" or the car the cash prize is the taxable value of the "prize" Buddy won a mustang convert years ago and had to sell the car to pay the "income" taxes on it

I believe you are taxed on the cost of a brand new 2009-2010 Mustang GT500 so...$46,325
but i will check to make sure.

thats 12,971 in taxes due before the car can be "transfered"

Copy A of Form W2-G and Form 1096 must be filed with the IRS by February 28th of the year after the raffle prize is awarded. Should the prize be valued at more than $5,000, the school must withhold 28 percent of the item's fair market value, minus the cost of the raffle ticket; this amount must be collected before the prize is transferred.
