I tried some for knee pain and I didn't think it did a thing. I was in Chicago for the weekend and my wife urged me to try it because I always get a sore knee from all the walking. Still got a sore knee, plus I was out $30 for the 10 pill sample pack.

Cbd isn't an instant cure. It takes a good week or 2 of steady use to see any results. I use it on my 12year old dog for joint pain, definitely noticed a difference in how he moves around.
