boat audio probs

i just put a new head unit and speakers in my pontoon boat ... new powrer and ground straight from the battery...... works perfect with out the motor (40 hp merc) running, but when u start it and rev it up the speakers will cut out with deceleration on the motor......so i tryed a noisr supresser still has the crackle.........

any ideas

Switch your ground... Find a good clean spot of metal as close to the head unit as possible.

and check how stable the mag output is

and check how stable the mag output is

this on decel the mag is cutting out, and might be draining battery down check the mag and battery condition
