Was going thru some old pictures and found these pics of my Rat Fink Racer I built. The torn off side steps turned out really great. Hard to see, but I had ping pong balls painted up like eyeballs in the front foot pegs, the pipe was from an old motorcycle, and the velocity stacks had the injector lines and a fake distribution block. It was hard to ride with the ape hanger handle bars though. The frame was powder coated green with red metal flake.

Dude, that's cool as hell!! And you look almost exactly like my buddy Scott Brown. At first I thought it was a picture of him somehow!
 
Everything went in for powder coating yesterday. The frame and wheelie bar cross brace will be Ford blue and the fuel tank white. I had the lower half of the wheelie bar done in a black wrinkle finish.
 
Powder coat update. We were able to combine a few colors and get the blue just about perfect. It should be done early this week!
 
Put a couple more things back on and added a couple lime stripes to tie it back to the car.

Thanks! I'm getting tired of wet sanding and polishing parts. Just about everything aluminum started as a raw piece either with mill marks or was sheet stock I had. Diamond plate was polished already though.

Tonight my son and I will try to finish the steering up.
