Basketball hoop

I'm looking for a deal on a in ground hoop and someone to install it.

I can do it. I just don't have the time to do so.

No need for a 72" pro set up either.

Wind REALLY kicks up around my place. So a portable one isn't really a option

Dicks sporting goods sells and can install it for you too....my bro in law did that. A Gorilla brand cost him $1200 installed.

10% off at dunhams.

Goalrilla is way above what I'll need
White men can't jump

Was hoping to find a friend of a friend to do install. Dicks wants $260 to install. Probably pay a local contractor $125

Would rather give a contractor $200 in his pocket, not taxed

Could go another route with the DIY approach. Post hole digger, gravel and concrete, craigslist deal for the hoop assembly

Goalrillas are nice, and if you watch, you can get old models for dirt cheap. When I used to work at DSG, they sold the 72" top of the line model for $397 on clearance. It was a $1200+ unit originally.

Might want to get a backboard as well. Probably wouldn't be too much fun to play with just a hoop attached to the pole. It'll look odd as well. [emoji6]

I have a 4" square pole setup I just pulled at my mom's house in west bloomfield. The rim is ok but it'll need a backboard and some hardware. Bring a truck and it's yours.

It comes with concrete attached too. Dig a hole and throw that sucker in. Ha

I'm in for group buy too (but will do my own install). Also very windy at my place so I need a permanent fixed pole. I would prefer square tube pole with acrylic backboard.

The goalrillas are all square pole and one piece poles

Install is free. That's can't be beat!

Goalrilla are glass back boards

Tempered glass is fine with me. I see they have the 54" "Silverback" for a few hundred off. It's like $600. The 60" and 72" Goalrilla is out of my price range.

Where are you seeing free install? I see free pole pad and shipping, but don't see free install listed anywhere.

FYI, if you go to the stores in areas that aren't real wealthy (Taylor, Westland), you might find them cheaper than Novi or Canton. Markdowns were done by store, not by product.

The cheapest goalrilla is $999. The Goaliath are cheaper.

In store only. Not advertised

Not true. Dicks is a coporate store. All the same prices.

I personally visited Ann Arbor, canton and Taylor stores yesterday. All are exactly the same prices and promotions
