backspacing on 97 rear under 2004 body

I know the housing is 1.5" shorter (or 0.75" on each side) than a "new edge" rear end so I'm hoping to get a definitive answer on this.

Looking to run 15x10 with probably a 325 tire, stock is 17x9 with a 26mm offset.

For some reason 6.5" comes to mind but I could be WAY off. Anyone have any experience with this? It would be greatly appreciated.

6.5" B/S is for New Edge. I would use a 5.5-6" to compensate for the narrower width housing.
