I've lived here for 5 months now and love it. I have a 4th bedroom I may rent out if anyone is wanting to move down. I'm in Ocala FL.
Hook a brother up with a nice job, and I'll keep your Z in nice condition.
Oops I guess I forgot to mention the Z is gone. I got a bike now. I'm saving for a better project.
:eek5: Never saw that coming. What kind of bike? Got pics?
What kinds of jobs? What is the pay like?
Alot of them are aircraft mechanics and starting out at 23 dollars and hour or 20 with full benifits they are through L3 comm
There is no way you could get an apartment for that much in south Florida now. Maybe in the north, but I don't know.
I lived outside of Fort Lauderdale. I've been back in Michigan for 1 1/2 years and I couldn't be happier....well except for the economy hereissed:
This year we are celebrating Christmas at the beach.:_slide_:
I did that last year in Florida. I loved it. I didn't think I would because snow has always been a part of Christmas for me. But once I got there I didn't mind.![]()
The key words you used were Fort Lauderdale!. While $509 might be a little low, $600 to $650 might not be out of the question. For $1095 I have a new two bedroom townhouse with large bedrooms, 1-1/2 bath, and 1 car garage. The housing market is bad enough that there are some deals to be had. Not too many having to deal with hurricane reconstruction anymore.
