You guys are way off. The issue is that if she was hotter noone woulda cared.

And if it were my wife/gf I'd be fucking ballistic they ended up on the net, and prob would seek legal counsel. However, I'd have no case. Plus my wife isnt a whore, so no worries about porn pics on a godamn phone.
 
I'm with DBK on this one for sure. You know it isn't right to post them up like that they are people. Sure you can say legally those are my pictures and I can do whatever I wish, but should you really? Just think if they wanted them on the net they would have posted them on the net. They were private and should have remained so, although they were not as careful as they should have been.

I could even see the fun of being 13 and showing all of your friends. But don;t post them on the net.

Your Dad bought the phone from some guy right? Presumably a phone full of pictures of a guy banging some chick belongs to the guy in the pictures? Unless your Dad was out buying hot cell phones (or he passed the photos onto you, which would explain alot), I'd assume there was a decent chance you could figure out in about 3 seconds who it belonged to.

Are you posting naked pics of women without their permission? Than yeah, it makes you an unethical immoral fuckstick. What guy DOESN'T have naked pics or video of girls he's no longer sleeping with? I know I do, but I don't throw it around the net because they never said "Please do" and I'm just gonna go ahead and not be a dick about taking advantage of them. What people document in their bedroom is between two consenting adults unless otherwise notified. Is that where we're headed? Signing some type of legal document before sleeping with people that says "If we get nasty together in a bedroom, and any type of documentation occurs, you DO NOT have permission to put it on the internet"?

I look at porn ALL THE TIME. This is 100% not the problem. This jacked cell phone without consent posting is my problem.

Ohhhh I see it's immoral to take pics left on a cell phone and share them but totally not creeper or immoral to keep your ex's pics around... I'm sure she said to keep them forever and look at her even after you've been done with each other.... Atleast mi e were of complete strangers whom I have no attachment to.... Like I said take the red pill then ask for Morphius or Neo they'll get you where you need to go...

By the way, you never answered my question about your Dad buying the phone, and thus being able to contact the guy and see if he was cool with it. I mean, I realize thinking, "Well, I'm pretty sure this might be grounds for this guy to show up at my house and beat me with a crowbar" probably tempers that desire, but nonetheless, I'd like to hear that rationalization.
