I'm not even gonna lie, I just reported this post. Not with a recommendation to take it down, but with a recommendation to investigate the legal liability for the people that run the site. It's all fun and games until you get landed in court. Obviously if the OP's dad bought it, he knows who it came from.
 
Funny how there is an area on this site dedicated to posting nudes of someone else's mother/daughter/sister/ex-girlfriends & wives yet nobody objects until they come from a phone... really? How many threads titled 'pics of my ex coming...' and they are hailed and positive rep'd? I'm sure some of them never gave consent...

Do you seriously not get what the objection is? Seriously?

It has nothing to do with it being just naked pictures, it's naked pictures being distributed without the subject's consent.

I have raised the issue several times... I don't see the point of a car club allowing this type of shit.. but I'm sure it's an issue that will be faced eventually.
I just tried to search the legal database to post up a few cases where this same type of behavior backfired on other sites but since I just graduated from law school, they cut me off on my free subscription.
 
Gotcha. Well I can guarantee you I never repped any of those threads, because I think that's a really slimeball thing to do.
 
Lol wow really? Thanks for standing up for this thread Joe .... Obviously the guy didn't care enough about his g/f to erase the pictures before selling the phone... And I would say legal wise it would be much like a sextape... I didn't steal the phone so anything on said phone would become my property pics included... Just like when celebs try to sue for sex tapes... It's always ruled they should have been more careful

problem is she allowed the photos to be taken by him or took them herself, when she/he sold the device the photos and all other data became the property of the new owner

I think it's extremely shitty that anyone would post pictures that someone else forgot to delete off a phone.

We know that you do NOT have the consent of whoever is in those pictures to post them and you sure as shit don't have U.S.C 2257 forms on file proving her age.

Not only are you so low class that you would post this on the internet you tried using Motown servers to host the images who shouldn't even be possessing.

Please have some courtesy and get rid of those images. There is plenty of legal porn on the net from consenting adults.

and you can call me immoral for posting pics forgotten on a phone we all have our own beliefs ...

i would laugh if i saw my self on the internet ...
then again im not ashamed at what i look like and am working with...

but i contend that all AFTER HOURS thread unless express written permission by model and company hosting said pictures (unless personal pictorials) say otherwise... must be taken down as well... also a filed U.S.C 2257 form must be accompanied with the photos/movies approved to be shown on this site

I don't care about the pics but I'm positive that a large percent on the pics in our AFTER HOURS forum don't have the "requirements" that you posted.
He could post pics of his ex without her consent and he would get +10000000000000000 OR he could copy pic's from the internet that he has no rights too and get +100000000 but because a couple of idiots didn't delete there naughty pic's , OP is a ass for posting them.
DOUBLE STANDARD say what....
